Through a series of training sessions aimed at the building of capacities of NGOs in Zaječar region (Serbia) and in the Vidin region (Bulgaria), KRI lecturers have increased the capacity of local communities to take a more active role in the preparation and implementation of local climate change adaptation policies and measures. Moreover, pilot vulnerability assessments have been drafted for both regions.
