The vision of the city of Hlohovec is to ensure a climatically high-quality and safe environment for life and business in the city in the coming decades. In this context, it wants to set up the processes of planning, decision-making, management, as well as cooperation with the professional and lay public in such a way that the city’s resistance to climate change impacts is built in a targeted and systematic manner. The emphasis is on adapting to heat waves, floods from torrential rainfall, and on long periods of drought.
