The project dealt with development of urban public climate policies (MVKP), by optimizing of enabling environment, and by introduction of processes and systems for their implementation.

Project outputs:

• How to proceed in designing of urban public climate policies

• Draft concept for the creation of supporting infrastructure to strengthen the professional capacity of cities in the sphere of climate change responses

• Climatic benchmarking of cities

• Measures to streamline public administration activities in the area of responding to climate change in cities

• Proposals and recommendations to improve the national enabling environment – changes in legislation
