The uniqueness of the Climate Strategy of the City of Malacky lies in the fact that it is the first in Slovakia to link the processes of adaptation and mitigation to such an extent that a coherent and synergistic process is implemented, namely at the level of identification of joint programs, implementation of joint mitigation and adaptation measures, in a joint institutional arrangement, as well as in the joint more efficient allocation of resources.
